FOCUS!

I am changing the focus of my project. The main question was US foreign military bases, are the necessary. This is a very broad subject that could go on forever. So I am switching to US Army bases in Europe, are they necessary. This isn't a drastic change seeing as a lot of my notes were about the US Army.

    The point is that instead of focusing on all of the foreign bases for all of the different branches, I am focusing on European US Army Bases because there are a lot of them in Europe.
